Try Scully-Power Station in Ix. Many machines on Ix, better than those on Richesse.
1) Get lots of credits.
2) Use EDDB to find a Fed' system in famine which has a station that has as many factions as possible.
3) Go there.
4) Accept donation missions. Many, many donation missions.
It'll cost you around half a billion credits to complete the process.
If this is an issue, you're probably not ready to be flying a 'vette anyway.
Congrats but with all hopes and dreams I fear you will find them dashed to pieces when you try to jump to the next system

The Corvette is serving me well, very well actually.
She's doesn't come cheap though but she's well worth it.
Actually thats not needed anymore since the 3.0 patch. It's insanely easy now to rep up doing normal missions and choosing the Rep+++ rewards. Got Post Captain and Rear Admiral last night without stacking missions or doing donations just by choosing rep rewards. Bought a corvette too and I like it more than I thought I would
An overcharged C class powerplant with bi-weave shields and resistance augmented shield boosters will do you perfectly well. No need to go crazy, but you do want grade A thrusters and FSD. She's a good ship, and can do just about everything. Mine gets about 17LY per jump, which isn't terrible.
A rated powerplant is better especially at things like heat management.
Dont be silly, i have no doubt there is already a new mega cash exploit somewhere out there and Cmdr Jerry Smith is all up in it.

For those knowledgeable on greek mytos will notice that the name don't really fit to the ship primary function.
And you are right. This ship primary function is to obliterate everything on its wake.
But I'm dead determined to make an explorer out of her !
Yes yes, I might take a year before reaching colonia, but after some tweaking from the engineers and with the correct outfit, I might get as much as 20 Ly out of it !

Ooh shipkit as well, love it.
Right now I'm using the Orange Icarus paint and the shipkit quite similar to yours.
She's a kicker allright.
I prefer the Corvette over the Cutter, it's maneuverable and looking much better imho.
Using it as a well armed mission runner at the moment, over 340tons cargo space and loads of fun when interdicted by an Elite Conda
