Geology phenomena combinations?

I'm really trying to find the last few geology phenomena in a region and I can't seem to find some. Most notably it is really hard to find suitable rocky-ice planets with geology, these seem to be extremely rare. But there are things that I'd think would be really easy to find but elude me to no end. Like finding ordinary water geysers. I checked Canonn site and they should happen on rocky and rocky-ice planets, but with hundreds of rocky objects NONE had water related geology found, almost all have silicates or iron magma etc. I landed on tens of these to check whether geysers can be along say silicates but to no avail.

So, am I missing something and watery geology does happen in combination with others or is it just freaking rare? I can't imagine it to be this rare with all the ice scattered in the galaxy...

Rocky-ice objects with geology just seem to be extremely rare, now I'm sorry I didn't start my search sooner and I just traveled through.

This is maybe obvious but i just wanna make sure i'm understanding you here CMDR , so when you say "non-ice!" are you asking if anyone has found any 'water geysers' on any newly discovered planets that AREN'T Ice-Body type planets?
( Reason i ask is: i'm currently out around 4000 LY's away from 'the bubble' and wanna keep an eye out for ya as i scout planets & such )

Canonn site says water geysers were only found on non-ice bodies (rocky, rocky-ice) but frankly I can't find them ANYwhere. Checked a plethora of non-icy and icy planets and moons and never seen them. Watched for temperatures over 273K, even on planets over 273 no water geysers, icy or non-icy.

Just incredible, water geysers should be aplenty on such objects... I'm trying to find all geo types in Formidine Rift but I'm losing my resolve.

ok in that case then i def. found MANY 'water geyser' planets ( mostly 'Ice Body' planets ) in past couple days , allllll the wayyyy out in the 'Sanguimus Rim' ( spelling? ) section of the universe, about 3000-4000 LYs away from the bubble zone.

When i find another one , i'll post a screenshot in here for you.

Sure, I find those regularly. But when you land and scan the geysers, they are always water ICE geysers.

welp , i finally found one for ya @space voyager ...

...however, as you can see there ^ , it shows up just like you mentioned "water ICE geyser" . But i shall continue looking as my journey thru the Cosmos continues!

Just an add-on for this topic... So regular water geology can apparently only be found on rocky ice worlds and rocky worlds. BTW, these water relater geology sites are EXTREMELY rare.

Does anyone know how to differentiate between the Major Water Geysers, Water Geysers and Minor Water Geysers locations? Are these the 1, 2 and 3 numbers in FSS scan?

I don't think I've ever come across an actual Water Geyser.

I do, however, share your frustration that the Codex carefully distinguishes between a Water Geyser and a Water Ice Geyser only for the scanner to repeatedly lie to me by saying there are Water Geysers on icy bodies.

Ha ha, so after writing yesterday that I had never seen a Water Geyser, what did I find today?

This was on a Rocky Body, where volcanism was listed in the System Map as "Water Magma", although ED Discovery called it "Minor Water Magma Volcanism".

Right next to the Water Geyser is a Water Gas Vent.
