George Lucas is the only system where you can buy two Rare items in the same station. It is the capital of the "New Caribbean", some call it the New Tortuga.
It's well worth a visit as long and as you are nice to the locals they will be nice to you. Stay in the Independent systems around there , The Alliance and Federation systems can be very dangerous.

Actually George Lucas is a wonderful Alliance station, currently occupied by malign forces trying to grab the rare trading and High Tech economy to further their sinister dealings.

There is currently a large operation underway to free it from the Usurpators and bring it back into the Alliance of Independent Systems, where it belongs.
