German Gamemag Gamestar doesnt Rate Elite Dangerous

The true point is about missions. Having to check several USS which is a tedious time consuming task every time is not exactly optimal.
I said it earlier and i just can repeat: Missions is THE game element that can make the game attractive for the average player. It can make the difference between a game for fans (<80% rating) or for everyone (>80% rating).

this! I often catch myself alt-tabbing browsing reddit to wait for the next USS to spawn. Most boring thing ever. If i get a "search this pirate" mission, I want an engaing task not checking out 5 USS for an npc who points me to 5 more USS.

I find USSes easy and quickly to skim through. The lower your supercruise speed, the closer USSes appear to spawn, and the quicker you can get to them by just a short speed burst. Most times however I can just exit supercruise as I'm already in range.

This sounds like an exploit more or less and can't be the final solution. And i hope and think this will improve significantly from that "quick and dirty" solution.

I'm not sure it is an exploit - it's just that the faster you travel, the less likely you are to spot the "weak" USS's. I noticed in a video that I could see one that was nearly 200Ls away while moving towards one that was a few hundred Mm away, then suddenly one that was 0.22 Ls away came into view between them.

Travel slowly in supercruise and you'll see them faster I'm pretty sure. It's still a pretty weak game mechanic though.

I can see your point, but at the end of the day, everybody knows Elite was released prematurely (FD know, the reviewers know and we know) and it shows that they are going to keep working hard on it. So why be jerks when we all are on the same side of the road? Let them make their game and enjoy it. FD set the release date, and FD made a mess of it. If they hadn't said anything and we were playing "beta 25" instead of "1.04" you wouldn't be asking for blood. There's really no need. Yeah, it's 1.03. I'm playing with your feelings.

Because they sell it as finished in their store and in the trailers. Its not nice to pay full price for stuff thats not finished and discovering it when you finished installing. Thats why i hope for reviewers to point that out

The assumptions in the OP are plain wrong. It is written right on the first page of the test why gamestar does not rate it yet.
The relevant part:

translated:
A changing universe, reacting to player actions. A background story centered around 3 large and countless smaller factions, which we can chose to help and strengthen or weaken. David Braben promised much. But it is impossible to test all this in a few days...

They go on to say that they rate things like sound, graphics, whatnot, but hold of with the final rating before they have played some more.
Think what you will of gamestar, but this time they are at least taking their time to actually test the game it seems.
