Well, I would love to use a mic, however my PC is not able to plug in more USB and THAT is the problem. So I'm building a new PC, this take time, because it wont be slammed together so I need my time.

You've come to a forum populated by single-players. I feel your pain.
On topic: is it possible to talk to someone that does not have a mic? Or are they disabled from receiving you too?
Sometimes they have a mic even if they don't talk to you...

As long as there is Mute Player and Mute All Voice Comms toggle options, it's all good.

There are a few reasons i don't accept voicecomms.
1) I don't like it... no i hate it. I don't even like to use a phone
2) My written english might be good enough for a conversation, my spoken is not. I wouldn't understand you and you defenitely wouldn't understand me.
3) Did i already tell that i don't want to?

I literally just got a phone call telling me I'd won a free trip to the Bahamas. Wish I could mute these guys.
Yup - it works but I'd like to be able to leave the phone off-hook until I want to use it
The incoming beep can be easily missed, and I'd like an option to route voice comms to a specific audio device.
I have a mic but I would only use it in a Private Online session. No point in All Online for me, from what I know of other games and the way many (not all) players tend to use it.
There are also people who want to play a game like this without revealing their age or (especially) their gender. The game may not work optimally without it in some situations, like flying with friends in a wing formation. But it's their choice and that's fine. Suggesting that someone *has* to use voice chat is ignoring a few valid reasons why some would avoid it.
