Get confirmation before cargo jettison

First, the default keys for Cargo Scoop/Jettison Cargo, are right next to each other (Home/End).

On several occasions now I've accidentally hit the wrong one, and dumped all my cargo.

It would be much better if for potentially "game-critical" things like this, you had to hit the Jettison Cargo button twice, or hold it down for two seconds for the effect to.... take effect.

And yeah I know I can always redefine the keys... but with them being like that as default I'm sort of used to them being where they are, even if I do keep catching the wrong one.

I realize that this doesn't solve your problem, but do you really want Jettison All Cargo bound to any key at all? Why not unbind it completely?

Also, you don't need to press anything for Fuel Scoop. It deploys automatically.

My bad - I didn't mean Fuel Scoop - I meant Cargo Scoop.

I've actually never jettisoned any cargo intentionally, so I didn't really know there was a way to jettison *some* of it, instead of all of it. But either way, the default key placement is a bit silly.

Yeah, you can jettison as much or as little as you want by using the cargo menu on the right of the cockpit. So I'd unbind jettison all.

but yes, it's a very silly default binding

It's not just cargo dumping that could use a confirmation.

I'd like to see mission abandonment having a confirmation prompt (perhaps one you can disable should you choose). It's too easy to accidently abandon a mission and thus take a reputation hit.

Pay attention to what button you're pushing. Be conscious of it. Dont' just be lazy and mash whatever keys are in that general direction and hope you get the right one.

Additionally, it took you way more time to post this thread than it would have taken you to rebind the key.
