I am sick and tired of looking around and seeing instruments and floating huds. I didn't buy Elite to be bombarded with navigation data, target reticules, bobbleheads and furniture.

I just want to see a pair of hands floating in space.

Actually it might be a good idea to keep the seat and joysticks but everything else should go.

Unnecessary clutter.

I also want to see one key flight option... Flappy bird has this control mechanic and it works well.

You mean clutter in very much the same vain as this thread?

I'm sorry you feel the cockpit is too cluttered. I quite like all the adornments and details in the cockpit, including the air vents and cup holder (in the Adder, I kid you not!)

These snake themed ships tend towards the internally cluttered side. A ship based on the firm foundation of a Ford Orion would be almost entirely clutter free.
