Make 5 posts and it will go away... It's set up this way for a reason.
Actually it's very common for sites to require this of new members. If you keep posting, the requirement will go away. No need to over react to it.

First of all, please adhere to the Forum Rules and Guidelines. Discussing moderation in public is not allowed on the Planet Coaster forums, especially not in such a disrespectful way as the language that you used. Your language is uncalled for and has been removed. Please be respectful when posting on the Planet Coaster forums.
Secondly, the auto-moderation feature, which holds back posts that require approval by a moderator, is in place as a measure against spam, and is common for internet forums. It will not be removed.
Have some patience and continue to post on the Planet Coaster forums while adhering to the rules and guidelines. Once you have posted a few more replies on the forums you should be clear from auto-moderation.
