Get Transmission To Get Dinosaurs Delivered To Your Park in Sandbox mode?

Hello, I don't know if there is a help forum so if there is please direct me to it, but is it possible to get the transmission " 'these dinosaurs' were spotted next to 'place' and will be transported to your park" in sandbox mode. You would usually get these in challenge mode but I'm doing a challenge in sandbox mode and want to know if it is possible. I turned on contracts but have only received contract transmissions, not the "special ones".

There are live captures mechanics in Sandbox Mode, but it's random. You don't have control over when or where they might happen. There's also no option to only use live captures in Sandbox Mode.

Contracts are a different mechanic. They're tasks that are given to you at the beginning of every in-game month.

Live Capture will show up randomly when you have Expeditions turned on and aren't affected by contracts.

That would be nice, or just an option to make them more often? I've been waiting for a long time and haven't gotten a single one. Is there an option in a config file to turn up the chance that they happen?
