Getting about 25% CPU usage on a 6-core/12-thread, while playing Horizons after the upgrade

Hope that's getting fixed soon, it's a bit alarming, and I'm already easily startled by anything in the game.
Anyone else same issue, or similar? Hearing the CPU fan go vvvvrrrrrr, that is. But continuously.

You have a bottleneck, its not the game. Even with all the game faults, I see people complain about this on literally every game I have ever played.
