Getting attacked by other factions ships in my own factions HQ system.

I've been intercepted a lot by other factions ships in my own factions HQ. For example, I was flying back to Hahn station in Rhea last night when I was interdicted by a Sword of Justice ship with the message "I don't think you should be here!". Another time it was an Alliance ship and the message was "So you thought you could just sneak through". The messages seem to imply that they think I'm in their territory. Is it a bug? Are they spawning in the wrong place?

Yup, I (along with several others) noticed this in beta and raised this bug report.
Unfortunately they haven't done anything about it yet.
Please post details to the bug report so we can get an official response on whether this is intended behaviour or not.

I'm of the mind that this is a mistake, as I seemed to get interdicted more frequently in my own home system in Beta than in enemy systems.
