Elite / Frontier Getting back into frontier, DONT want to use dosbox

Hey there.

I am thinking of playing frontier again using my original copy.

I really DONT want to use dosbox because it is a pain to set up and the framerate is abysmal.

I am running Win XP Pro, 1.3ghz and 512mb RAM.

Whats the method of configuring to get it running?

I know there is a way without dosbox but I have forgotten it.

Ahh, got it, needed to tweak VDM a bit.

Now I can play my official boxed copy!

Anyone want to become a crew member on my ship?
