Getting good with the law missions.

I have three of those now because I had to abandon some free slaves missions. Seems they are bugged.
I went to the station where I took the original mission with 2 slaves on board. Earlier, I got an alternative offer for them. So when I arrived at Kepler station I could not give the slaves to the party who offered the job because it didn't show in the BB.
I discarded the slaves and abandoned the mission. Now I have three missions saying I should get good with the law in three different systems.

Okay, so the Cops are over at Station whatever - but what is it you will have to do to complete the mission?

I had one of those early in the game, I think I just had to go there, check the Bulletin Board and complete it. It was rather strange.

Yeah you're not required to hand over the <whatever it is the pirates want>, you're just being an informer and not completing the pirate mission. How you get rid of the "booty" is left up to you.

You're misunderstanding me. I wanted to give the slaves to the original mission offer party. But I could not since it didn't show up on the Bulletin Board. So I just abandoned the mission after which I got this Getting good with the law stuff.

It's a bug OP, the same happened to me when I was trying to free slaves for a rep boost. I had the alternative offer, but was unable to hand in the slaves. Got the cop mission after abandoning. Don't forget to ticket it.

How to file a ticket? Did it only once and that was in beta.
