Unlike some, i dont have hours to dedicate to this... 2 hours at a time maybe.

I can put up with most things, but not being able to fill up with goods and transit from one system to another to sell it is getting a bit tiresome.

Main thing is the space station as i enter it disappearing around me which leaves me no option but to crash the ship and end up back to square one.

I know this is a loose beta and its buggy, but not being able to do the basics is getting too much.

Very annoying to say the least.

If it is putting you off maybe give it a break. Come back again for beta 1.1 and see if that is any better. It is what it is, beta is beta and you know it is going to screw up so why spoil the game if that is what it is doing?

Someone posted info saying that his ticket was closed with the details notifying him that issues with the station have been resolved and will appear in the next update so take a break and look forward to doing the basics without this issue once the update is live.

Yeah take a break commander, its not ready to be a game yet. It's an early build we're just supposed to mess around and feedback on.

I think there has been considerable feedback about the current beta having an early grind and trading being difficult, I'm fairly certain the current implementation is not intended to be so in the final game. Hopefully your issues will get fixed.

Think of it more as a live Tech Demo than a game at the moment..

To be fair the grind/non existent weapons balancing/lack of things to do is getting me down a bit (I don't mind the occasional CTD). But as others have said, take a break and come back later.

Right now the Beta is about load testing. They are stressing the core mechanics to find the weaknesses. It's not a game yet.

So I play a few hours here and there, just to keep my hand in. I don't feel bad about it, it's all gonna be wiped anyway.

Of course I fully expect thats how I'll play the game on full release, an hour here, an hour there. I won't be the first to Elite by a long way, but I will get there………………………………………………………………………………... Eventually.

Ill keep at it, if nothing else its improving my docking skills!!! Perhaps ill go do the scenarios and get better at blasting things!!

As you guys say it is a very early beta and more of a taster, so these things will happen.

Its a beta and its buggy, you know this, so expecting it to work 100% is just unreasonable.

Instead of crashing into invisible stations, why dont you either wait for it to reappear or quit and reload.

Thats that one solved.

Actually, he said HIS issues with the station. There are lots of issues with the station, though I suspect most of them are interconnected. Bottom line, anyway, is that we cannot necessarily go dancing in the aisles yet.
