Getting Orange Sidewinder for the last hour

OK I'll take one for the team and be that guy: have you restarted your router and your PC, in that order?

Can't just restart. Shut down for 30s to clear the caps.

Since update 19 I get an orange sidewinder on first login almost every time.

Worst was 17 Orange Sidewinders in a row.

It's something 'added' with update 19. Hopefully the next update will finally fix it.
