Getting Rank Elite in Explorer

I got from Pioneer to Elite on my Sidewinder only account, just by travelling to Sag A* and back.

on my primary account got to elite by taking a trip to Colonia (via Sag A*) - back in the days when Earth likes were worth less than Neutons..

basically just keep exploring... go visit places you want to see, and before you know it you'll be Elite ranked..

You can also spend a day out at the Guardian ruins happily collecting stuff while doing the obelisk scanning missions for Ram Tah. It's one million for each successful scan and you don't need to finish the mission, just hand in your progress at Meene and done. The credits earned by that completely add to exploration rank.

I think neutron farming is going to be very efficient in 3.3 as you get full scan of all stars, just by honking.
