Got killed today in a CTF, and after some thought figured it must have been by one of my own team-mates. I was under attack & the radar was quite busy. Usually it isn't a problem to identify the culprit, turn & engage, but this time I couldn't for the life of me figure out who it was. I'm looking for flashing red ships on the radar and there were none. It stopped for a few seconds, so I go about my business looking for hostiles and it happens again, 'under attack' with no enemy apparently firing on me. After a short while I died, looked at the respawn screen where the guy who kills you appears & it was empty. No one apparently killed me! It happened again a bit later in the match & I did see a blue ship on the radar flashing up but the game ended before I took his name.

Anyone else experienced this, or done this? If so why? I demand an explanation!!!
