I start at steam to play the game and when I click play it keeps sending me to this screen to login with my frontier information and then me sends a code I enter the code and it stays in that stupid loop. I finally restarted my PC and everything works as normal. Does anyone know the cause and how to avoid?

Best way to avoid I would assume is to have "remember me" and "remember password" ticked* then don't "log off" in the options menu. 
(* I think that is what they say - it is a long time since I had to)
