I participated in and was in the top 75% of commanders in that community goal but there are so many commanders carriers just parked in Alcor how are we supposed to get in there and get our rewards and discounts? are you going to figure out a way to either add more slots or remove some folks that are just parked or is this going to be first come first serve

If I remember correctly when I bought mine, the fleet carrier vendor system was full of carriers so mine was placed in a near-by system. I don't know how to get the services discounts though, I guess we'll just keep trying to get into Alcor. But my hope is people who buy one will jump away after finished outfitting theirs.
You have not actualy tried then before...
For current owners
FC limit is 128 there was only 125 FC in system... a few mins ago...
For new owners you only have to fly to the system, there is no limit on personal craft entering a system or apex shuttles..
FC purchased When the sales start it will MOVE automatically to another nearby system when purchased if the limit per system is full...
The FC will just be relocated to another system and your sales note will list the system to fly to then pick it up...
You have to access its own management panel for FC... gettig the FC dicount is insured...
Services discount will only be available to those who are able to cycle into the 128 slots as others leave to move the FC to there home system...
Apex shuttle cant be used to board FC you will need a ship... You can access the FC management from right hand personal panel on any ship or buy landing on it...
Gankers going to gank and they will block slots...

i occasionally retried and managed to get my carrier in today, once the reward goes live the 15th the masses will start moving and it will be easier to get in.
My services installed for B6....
Was only ~500mill which means swapping every thing out only saves 150mill...
And that has to be offset on the trip in fuel cost to get there and back and the time lost from the CG that could start Thursday...
If there's no CG then its a no-brainer remote login move the FC and make 150 mill when the slot frees up, then instant jump out after...
If there's a CG likely won't even bother...

You underestimate the will of the salty and petty. They'll flood the system with their own FCs just out of spite.
Actually I did try BEFORE I wrote the question I appreciate the response I knew all of that I just wondered knowing that was probably going to be the case if FD might open the discount at all carrier admin systems
I mentioned in the CG thread that it would be nice (and could fit the narrative) if there was recognition of it finishing early with something along the lines of "Brewer Corporation were overwhelmed by the support from independent pilots in enabling this project to complete early, and as a gesture of thanks have extended the discount on services to all carrier administration systems". Or just extend the time to 2 or 3 weeks.
As has been said, buying the carrier at a discount will be easy but there could be a problem for people trying to get the discounted services. Might all work out fine, and could be a lot less popular that I think it will be, but there's potential for there being many people who miss out.
Now that it seems the Perseus Dark Region is where everything's at this week, I wonder if this means there'll be more slots freed up from Alcor and Colonia...
i reinstalled the services on sale, and of course they do not have reduced upkeep so all of this effort was just to get some pocket change back.
Indeed, but you get almost 2 years of upkeep and a shiny new carrier
FOR ANYONE STRUGGLING TO GET INTO ALCOR: You can park your fleet carrier in some of the surrounding systems and acquire new services at the reduced price. I just parked up in Mizar next door to Alcor, and now have a fully kitted out carrier. Khernidjal has also been reported to work the same way, but I haven't tried there myself.
I can verify that Khernidjal offers the discount on new services.
