So I was doing some bounty hunting in a RES and was firing on an Anaconda when a Cobra flew in front of me. If this was a fed I'd fully understand for getting wanted, but this was a previously scanned ship that was wanted and was marked red as an enemy. When I shot this ship I then had a claim on me. It's my understand that you need to scan and know that a ship is wanted before you can attack it freely. However, it appears you must also be targeting it now too? I'm not sure if I'm posting this is the right area, but I'd love to see this fixed so that you don't have to target an enemy to be able to shoot them freely.
