Maybe post a screenshot from the first panel of the screen for one of the complainers? You should be able to use that to quickly find out what the issue is.
i know what the issue is it just doesnt match

1 alligator is complaining about the lack of habitat space and water space even tho the habitat exceeds its requirements for both of thos thing by a lot
Check that animals traverse space in the heatmap, should give you an idea of where it might be a problem. Sometimes one gender (typically male) can become trapped in one area where smaller animals have no issue with.
there does seem to be a problem with that how to fix
