Can't remember where, but I picked up this bounty. So, I googled People's Cooperative and learned I had to go to LHS 6128. So, now I am in Lyakhov Depot (ran by People's Co-operative) in LHS 6128 and it says there's no local bounty vouchers. I also don't see an option to abandon this bounty. So, is it going to stay there in my Transactions tab or will it eventually expire?

If you scored the bounty by killing an NPC, it will be in the system where you killed that NPC, unless you scored the bounty with a kill warrant scanner. If you're the one with the bounty on your head, then it will be in a system you've visited.
You can search for stations in the galaxy map - just put the station name into the search box. It might take more than one search to find the station.
