Hey everyone, I'm brand new to the forums and I only signed up, because I've had an issue regarding the Ghostbuster's pack on PlayStation. Is there anyone from Frontier that can help me? Thanks.

See, back in July or August I had bought Planet Coaster 1 for the first time. I got it on disc via Amazon. I played it and enjoyed it, and decided I wanted to purchase the Ghostbusters dlc. Well, for some reason, the links on the game and PlayStation store would give me an error when trying to purchase it. So I looked all around on Reddit, the Facebook groups etc, and eventually gave up. Well, eventually, I saw the update regarding the end of the licensing that you guys were going to have with Ghostbusters. So, I was really hard pressed on wanting to get the DLC before it was too late. Long story short, I bought Planet Coaster 2 today, but decided I wanted to play 1 instead, started it up, bought all the DLC, and turns out it didn’t work. The system and game wouldn’t recognized that I purchased the content. I finally waited for an hour to talk to PlayStation for them to tell me that it’s all because my physical disc copy was a different region disc! I had no idea it was a UK disc! So now, I am waiting on my refund from PlayStation for the DLCs, I don’t have a copy of PC1 that I can play properly here in the US, AND, I’ve missed out on the Ghostbusters dlc. To be honest, I’m just super bummed I missed out on the Ghostbusters dlc, because now I can’t use those building items, and I can’t download other's creations who have implimented them. So my question is, is there anyway what so ever, I can receive a dlc code, pass, or unlock for the Ghostbusters stuff in game? I think I even tried emailing Frontier before September to get this situated and never heard back. Please let me know if there’s any work around for this, I’m honestly really bummed and disappointed. Thank you.

I've deleted the duplicate posts in another thread as we want all the information in one place. If you didn't own it before the licensing ran out then there is no way to purchase it.
If you did then the best place would be tech support because there is no tech support or customer support here on the forum. When you go to the website click on any of the options and at the bottom center of the screen there is a "Submit Ticket" and that will give you a small form to fill out. It looks like the one in the photo attached.

I think it's sort of like when games get delisted from online stores then there is no way to purchase them after they were delisted. I have all the packs for PC1 and my Steam account was hacked months ago, one time I actually created a new account and rebought the game DLC and all but now I can't afford to lose access to my current Steam account because I won't be able to get the Ghostbusters and other licensed packs back like the Back to the Future, Munsters, etc. if I would have to rebuy the game. Games are tied to your Steam account so if you lose access to your account then you lose access to your games and they are not transferable to a different account. But now I know if I get hacked like someone changes my email and password to log in I can complain to them and I can get my account back. I think you are out of luck with the Ghostbusters if you didn't buy it before.
