Almost certainly an artefact of the planet generation system, but come on, doesn't it stir your imagination? Could be the tracks of a giant alien unicycle, or maybe the planet cracks open along this seam to reveal a giant world-destroying laser.

Yeah, I imagine these as ancient alien runways. Where they used some enormous wheels, because why not?
