Giftable Skins?

I'd like to see a store option to be able to gift skins as well as the game to friends.

i think it would be a great idea as the ability to gift what are fairly cheap in game items would enable groups to run contests for their members and give them as prizes.

at this point someone is going to point out that there are physical goods that are cheap enough to work as low value prizes but the problem there would be the variable delivery cost of getting the item to the winner, with digital goods that isn't an issue.

so, good idea/terrible idea? what does the forum think?

would be a nice thought for those of us that can't afford to buy extra stuff but then like every game with gifting you would get the chat full of beggars saying "please gift me" and that just gets annoying. So unfortunately even though I would like to see it I say not a good idea.

If want to have contests then just send the amount to their paypal and let them get it
