Gimballed Weapons.

Hi,

Just a quick question, can gimballed weapons bet set to "fire at will":S

I ask because I have some gimballed lasers but I can only set the firing options to forward fire.

Does that mean I require a turreted weapon system?

Quick answer; no. You will need turrets for that.

Nope. Only turrets fire on their own; gimballed weapons are basically 'aim-assist'. That's not a dig; I use them almost exclusively.
