gimbled class 3 cannons, do they exist?

so im trying to find gimbled class 3 cannons ( large hardpoint) i can find them in fixed and turreted but not gimbled,( i can find all lasers and frag cannons in fixed glimbled and turreted, but not the cannons for some reason) do they exist?

i have searched for those cannons too and i think they should be available but they arent - there are not many cool weapons for those big hardpoints...

gimballed c3 beams can be found at czernovale and the surrounding systems and sometimes at founders world - industrial/extraction... (always has the most upgrades - better than high tech...)

cost of the size and power might be that they are only fixed ( been looking but no luck either)
