So I see some of these awesome editing jobs people do to their Elite Dangerous screenshots with programs like GIMP.

Was wondering if anyone could point me in a good direction to tutorials, guides, that kind of stuff?

I use GIMP for photo editing. As freebies go it's very good. It has it's own tutorial section which is good but a bit awkward to find your way through.

There's a ton of stuff on youTube. Although I haven't used much of it, what I did find was very good and very easy to follow (although you'll need to have GIMP running simultaneously - preferably on another machine).

As with all such applications you'd be best to spend some time just playing around before you try to do anything remotely important.
