Currently I am told Frontier is working on fixing the missing NSPs that disappear when a system with them gets colonized. I think it would be very cool if the NSPs when they come back spawn explorers, tourists, and/or scientists in colonized systems. It would also be cool if NSPs boosted tourism and/or high tech economies system wide. I thought I would put that thought here in case anyone from Frontier is listening.
