Give Restaurants some toilets

a lot of visitor buildings can fullfil multiple needs. so i want that atleast the restaurant and the fast-food restaurant has atleast 1 star on the toilet rating. I my opinion it would makes sense

I'd go as far to say that also the Fast Food, Bar, and Bowling Alley should also have a toilet rating. I feel as if the Restaurant, Fast Food, and Bar should have a 2 star restroom rating, and the bowling alley will have a 1 star restroom rating. This way, the restrooms are neither completely necessary, nor completely replaceable. Your guest satisfaction rating won't suffer too much if you don't have a dedicated restroom building, but you'll need one if you want to maximize your restroom rating.
