I suspect they may have it in line for a redesign ... it's the only reason I can imagine such a popular ship has been ignored of late.

Really, give me a serious reason to buy this ship! It is very nice looking ship (to me) but the specs just don't impress me.

1. an additional large hard point below the nose and/or an upgraded C5 slot for a fighter hanger; OR

2. folding nacelles to land in Medium pads [yesnod]

Agree with this completely, Other than the cutter imperial ships in general seem to be getting nothing of late!

Would be great to see a military clipper with better hard point positions and maybe a few more or bigger slots too.

It would be nice if we could get a MK II variant that can land on medium pads if they have no plans to redesign the original. I would sell my Python and buy five of them.
