Glorious

It looks great in VR except the markers around planets and waypoints and such are huge and disturbingly noticeable. I'd like to see just a dot or two at the target for VR users, not that big ring that basically obscures the planet. I believe you can turn off the HUD, but you need the HUD, you just don't need that large arcade style marker floating around in space with the others. Just show the planets, I'll figure it out.

Are you talking about orbit lines? Turn them off unless you need them.

Yup, the Buttkicker is just as important as VR in my setup, they compliment each other perfectly, couldn't fly without the BKgamer. Huuge thanks to Cmdr Shadragon for donating his BK for my UK setup, my own BK is 6000km away with my old rig.

Btw, are you from the UK? I couldn't find one for sale anywhere over here.

I should really stop ready this forum. Now I think I need to order a buttkicker.

I am playing Elite in VR for a year now and i can´t even think about playing it on a monitor anymore.

A decent transducer is on top of my list for sure. I play Elite and Project CARS almost exclusively, besides some experiments and demos, that come my way.
Looking at how you describe your experience, i am even more eager to get the transducer as soon as possible now. :)

Have you tried Assetto Corsa?

it may be that racing sims are more immersive...but I'm personally a much bigger fan of space sims :p rumble of the engine, rumble of weapons firing, feels extremely satisfying. only thing I don't like is the rumble from my music going along. As far as splitting audio and sound to rift/kicker, very easy with free software.
