Glowing Purple/Blue Giant?

They did appear early on but as they were a bug got patched out except for the Green ones as people liked those.
Not quite what I'm referring to (probably?) - I've encountered gas giants with small blue and small purple storms (edit: since the old purple gas giants got removed)
The purple one is Boesky LT-Y d1-721 3, although I seem to have lost the screenshot I took from my ship at the time. It looked a lot like GGG #14 (Byoomao JC-B d1-3681), but without the green spots.

I had suspected that, given that I've seen them more than once. Was more curious about whether the purple ones are rare or not.
There were glowing red ones in the past. Not sure if they still exist.
Such gas giants do exist, but they are not rare. Pink spots appear on many GG of that type
