Goal completed in Yenbo - Where's the station services discount?

It's the main reason I participated at all. I got places, faraway places, I'd like to be, but I'm hanging around waiting so I can get a discount on outfitting. Any timetable on when to expect the discount to take effect, FD? Could use a little communication here. Don't mean to be impatient, but I'm really ready to blow this popsicle stand and go do something that's more fun than trading!

Sorrry to let u know u need to goto yembo to accept youre reward, and as far as the developer communication net goes they currently have this feature turned off.
 
I accepted the reward, but I detect no station services discount. If this discount is merely for fuel and repairs or some other nonsense like that, I will be mighty upset...
 
Turned OFF??? What kind of bullony is this? How can they offer discount as a reward and turn it off? Its like telling your dog to do tricks for food, and all he gets is a crumb.

Lol, take it easy. This game is maybe online, but only few scripts are automatic, all rest is made manually, let them come to work, have a chat, check mail, have first coffee... So nothing b4 10 EST/11imperial, lol

A good set of questions would be: Why did they set the goal to end right AFTER they left for the day? Was this intentional, and if so, why? Wouldn't it be best for it to end at the beginning of their work day, so they could roll out the rewards and settle up everything else with due haste? For those of us who were planning on using the discount in some major purchases (like myself), I have to say, it's quite inconvenient to have to plan my in-game travels around when they may (or may not) 'throw the switch', as it were. I feel that better communication would not go amiss here.

I'm trying to wait patiently, and I certainly am not trying to flame or troll, but I do feel this could have been thought out better, assuming this isn't another glitch...

In the end i wanted to get on so didnt bother to wait. Was hoping to buy back my A5 SG, my DSS and my ADS for my asp which with a 5% discount would have saved me about 300k. Oh well, put it down to experience and move on. Will be interested to see how this pans out as it will inform my choice re future participation...
 
They need to NOT leave a mess for us every time they roll out something. I literally know 12 year olds who can manage a rush hour restaurant better than FD manages it's time delegations over a long period of time. There needs to be full working force for when these things start/finish, not a skeleton crew that gets chewed out every time this happens.
