Going by comments I've read on the KS site and other forums. Also the updates coming out of 22 cans do not suggest any improvements in the game mechanics. It's still basically a horrible freemium game ported to PC and not the spiritual successor to populous as was promised.

A mate of mine gave me an early access key to this he got from the kickstarter. I was always a fan of molyneux games back in the day but over the past decade he really has lost his step. Godus was an awful click-fest, I don't think I played longer than a couple of hours.
