It is indeed amongst the greatest games of all time. 
Also of note, if anyone does decide to fire it up again or get the GOG release, do check out this handy thread for some cool "essential" mods.

System Shock II (amongst a load of other things) is on sale at $5.00, also (until the 20th of June) Torchlight is available for free, you need to be logged into GOG to see that however.
I noticed. Bought it a couple of weeks ago full price because I didn't expect it to go into the sale so soon after release
Thought I would start a thread to highlight any sales going on at GOG. Feel free to add to the thread if you spot anything of interest over there.
Right now they have the Insomnia Sale running where random games come up in limited quantities for sale or even free. I've picked up a few bargains already, but still waiting for some of the WC games to come up to complete my collection. So far I've either missed them or they haven't come up yet.

Just bought Chaos Engine and i am currently downloading.
Finaly i don't need ZSNES or DOSbox to play it anymore.
Edit:
While the DOS version was 320x200 8bit with 32 colours used,
this is 320x240 32bit with 256 colours used in bitmaps and rest for efects like bloom and smoth.
It is pretty much 1:1 only change seems to be the autosave feature, but my old codes still work.

Bought Broken Sword 1 - 4 and played them before I started Broken Sword 5 that has just been released.

Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics completely FREE! on GOG.com right now. This is a rather nice deal, and lasts for just over a day. After that GOG.com are likely to lose the rights to distribute the games, so this is a rather good chance to pick them up. Even if you already own them you can claim the free versions and gift them to someone else.
Cheers for pointing this out, not been on GoG for ages, got them now. Loads of bargains on there at the moment, most of the games are only around £1.50 during the sale. So if there are any classics anyone wants to get, now is the time!
