Ok maybe i missed something obvious or some new news but where is the gold sidewinder paint job acording to my ps4 its installed but i cant see the skin in my liveries?

Me neither but I'm in a Cobra now so I've kinda given up. Shame though, I thought the whole point was for us all to be in our gold sideys at the start.
It doesn't show up in your frontier store history of bought items as it was a limited availability paintjob and no longer available for purchase.
all my black friday ones on xbox dont show there either but are available in the ship outfitting/livery in stations.

I've got it now after starting open play instead of solo, it must of got delayed in the post or something lol
I think I used mine for an hour so lolyou access it through the livery section on the outfitting menu or in the main station menu.
Yep, it didn't appear in either of those. I have the Commander pack in there.
I went straight into open. Must speak to the Pilot Federation Customer Service team ;-)
