Anybody looking for quick and easy Empire Ranks should head to Gondul. All the factions there except one are in Boom and spawning missions like crazy. I stacked 20 in a single cycle and my ranks are exploding.
Shu Babassi has been doing this for months and months. If you keep ranking up your enthusiasm will soon wain when the progress slows to a crawl when you get to the the higher ranks even with 20 missions a pop.
