I went to HIP 17403 to collect a Thargoid Sensor and, as I was leaving, these guys came to talk to me about it.

And, when I say "talk" I really mean "shoot scores of deadly drones with the intention of destroying my ship and killing me horribly".

About 5 seconds after I took those pic's, my hull was down to 5%, my heat was at 200% and I had massive systems failures.

Dunno if they were targeting my cargo hatch but it failed and I dropped the TS.
The ships couldn't seem to decide who should retrieve it and that gave me a chance to escape by furiously stabbing at the FSD button until it kept working for long enough to get me out of there.

They really don't seem to like you messing with their stuff.

If you're carrying Thargoid stuff and you get Hyperdicted; RUN!

Awww... I still haven't been hyperdicted.
I've come to the conclusion that they don't like me. Or they do like me.

I haven't really come to a conclusion.

It's kinda annoying that the Thargoids are lurking so 'far' from the bubble. I just got home to run some missions, but now I feel like poking them some more. Which means flying back to the Pleiades to pick up my anti Thargoid-FDL.

I do hope they invade soon. Lol

They are throwing a hissy fit when they find Thargoid tech on our ships but we should sit idle by when they scoop up escape pods. "They're the good ones", they say. "Bull" is what I say.

I'm not sure how I should take that.

Seriously, I've been Hyperdicted quite a few times, in 2.3 and 2.4.
In 2.4 it's always been by a single ship and they've always just had a sniff around and then left me alone.

Dunno if it's normal to be hyperdicted by multiple ships when you're carrying Thargoid tech' but it's the first time it's happened to me and they weren't messing around.

I got those pic's as soon as I dropped out of FS, they moved to surround me and immediately started shooting.
I think I was lucky to lose the TS because they all seemed to try and scoop it, which gave me a chance to escape.
