Good place to buy and equip an Eagle near Delta Phoenicis

Title says it all. After a fair bit of rares trading in an expensively equipped Cobra, I feel like buying something suitable for combat. I know the Cobra could do it but with a near C400k rebuy cost I'd be risking too much. So I thought I'd find somewhere to buy an Eagle and give it some serious kit, park the Cobra as is rather than stripping it down, and try something different to address the embarrassingly humble combat rank.

Any suggestions as to where I could buy an Eagle and decent weapons etc, I'd be grateful. I'm currently at Trading Post in Delta Phoenicis.

Grateful also for suggested fitouts.

LOMBI is the closest, it has most modules, otherwise head to Beta1 Tucanes

Also you could try Atlantis which isn't too far away.

Thanks for the advice. Am now flying a specced-up Eagle with polar cam livery (yes, I know). With my new rank of "mostly harmless" I am terrifying the NPCs in the region.
