Where is a good place to buy Beluga and/or passenger cabins?

The database sites list the products but nowhere seems to sell them within 300ly

Might be a new update, but according to Inara:
Thurston Ring | QAMA has it at 15% discount (100ly from Eravate)

And
Galouye Terminal | OBAMBIVAS has it at regular price (21ly from Eravate)

No data on passenger cabins, though.

When I looked I was only looking for passenger cabins

You can put any cabin in say a python except the luxury ones right?

Are the most interesting missions locked to luxury? I want to try a couple of site seeing ones? Will first class do this?
