Good Resource Extraction Sites near Persephone?

I was hoping to encourage a few seconds of actual thought.
What are RES sites? Resource Extraction. Where does this generally happen? Extraction economies. Filter galaxy map by economy, look for red systems, check them out for planets with rings and outposts. Job done, one very close (that's since been mentioned here)

Not always true. Numerous ringed planets have no RES, because there's nothing there to mine. No one makes any money carving frozen water apart and hauling it around the universe, for example.
Except the Ice Pirates, of course.
That would imply that you have knowledge of what I've already tried and how much time I have. As it happens, I've already tried that- only to find myself unsuccessful. I'm sure I would have succeeded eventually, but with limited time on hand, I decided to come here. Please bring your superior intellect elsewhere.

Edit: Quivira is fairly close, just under 11LY away. One of the planets had 3 RES around it, there may have been others in the system as well. I got a good RNG and had almost non-stop Anacondas, Pythons, Clippers and Dropships in my instance. In a little over 2 hours I had over 5 million in bounties, which was enough to put me in the top 5% when I left last night. I've dropped down to the 15% bracket since then, but shouldn't be too hard to catch back up.
The bulk of the bounties were Imperial here. If you're after a good one for both CG's, this may not be the best to use.
