Good systems for outfitting

Hey guys. As you all noticed, outfitting right now is a time intensive task. Docking, elevator, click every slot....you know what I mean.

So maybe we could share some stations with lots of stuff

At beginning Aulin seems to be a good place to get several ships, lots of weapons, thrusters, engines, utilities etc. But they don't have it all

Where to go next?

In Theta Draconis you can get everything. All ships available in the shipyard and every equipment can be available there.

As a technique, go to high tech systems.
You'll have hard luck looking for advanced war tech in a low yield agricultural system...

Nang(something) always has a pretty decent selection of equipment for sale, and like other said, all High-tech systems seem to have a good selection.

LHS 3080 - 16 tonne class 4 cargo bays

ROSS 640 - various upgrades for thrusters

STYX - 16 tonne class 4 cargo bays, and a PILE of other goodies.

LHS 6309 (eisen outpost) - Class 3 rating D power distributor

35 Draconis (Redi outpost) - Class 4 Rating D Frameshift

I'll post more as I find them.

Do not bother. The stock at these stations changes frequently.

Actually I would appreciate if someone could direct me to a surface detail scanner, I've flown all the way to the west end of the pill without one, feeling a bit daft now...

That's odd because I am in Styx now and there are two stations and neither have outfitters? Also I went to Theta Draconis and couldn't a station of any sort , just two stars

Windt Terminal in Q1 Eridani is a decent Hight Tech facility. They don't quite have everything though, I can't get A5 shields there for my Asp.

I realise this thread is quite old, but I thought I would put some useful information in the thread for anybody that follows.

Couple of systems below located in Li Yong-Rui exploited space that provide a 15% discount to both ships and modules. Both are high-tech systems and quite close together. Only problem is, it can be a bit of a trek when you are just starting out with a low-end ship.

Diaguandri, Ray Gateway
Lembava, Goldstein Port

Probably find most of what you need at Diaguandri/Ray Gateway, including a good stock of modules and ships up to and including the Anaconda.

Alano system is a great place in empire space. It has all A gear at least up to size 5. It's the place where I go always when in empire space. I am doing missions nearby so it's always close.
