Hardware & Technical Good value card for running at Ultra settings?

I might get a VR headset one day...but now I'm just on a 1080p monitor. My current videocard is a GeForce 560 GT with 1GB of RAM. I can run in Ultra fine, but when I look around the cockpit with the mouse it's a little choppy. I found a GeForce 960 GT with 4 gigs of RAM for under $200. Does that seem like it would be the best value?

I am currently using 4GB Windforce GTX960 on 1080p. I have everything cranked up to Ultra, supersampling at standard 1.0x and I use only basic antialiasing. I get stable 60FPS in space under all circumstances, except an occasional stutter when using 7 multicannons in heavy populated RES, and 40FPS on planet surface.

It's a nice card, but getting old quickly and it ceased to be a perspective buy. If you are thinking of future VR, I'd recomend at least GTX 1060. They can also be found at prices around 200 bucks for 3GB versions and 230-250 for 6GB.
