Goods regeneration rates are more complex than previously thought

Previously it had seemed that goods regenerated on a fixed proportion of their demand or supply cap per day. However, on closer inspection of the data, this doesn't seem to be the case - possibly a change introduced since 3.3

At this station
regeneration of Tea demand takes around 30 hours in Boom state ... but only around 18 hours in Boom+Civil Liberty [1]

Meanwhile at this one, also in Boom state
the regeneration takes almost a week. (though because of the higher baseline, regenerates about 5 times as fast per-tonne)

The same pattern of Boom+Civil Liberty accelerating regeneration compared with just Boom (but Boom+Election not)
can be seen at this station as well, with Consumer Technology (about 3 days regeneration time in Boom, much steeper in B+CL)

It's possible that this added complexity is part of what is causing certain high-priced gems to have infinite demand regeneration.

Further experiments are clearly needed

[1] But the specific Boom+Civil Liberty combination does other strange things to demand too.
