I'm having trouble with the last objective, how do you increase the welfare of your plants to %100? I've been trying for ages.

Go in to the animals panel in your Zoo information. Then sort them by welfare. Go to the habitat with the lowest welfare and fix whatever they need fixing. I think most of them needed more enrichment iirc. Then repeat for every animal till the objective completes.
