Hardware & Technical Google Earth VR has stopped working on my Oculus

Went to fire up Google Earth VR on the Oculus today (I've been happily using it with FakeVive for months now) and it just says "Earth VR only supports HTC Vive at this time". Is anyone else getting this problem? I don't know what's changed. I did just get a big Windows 10 update and I suppose there could have been Oculus or Earth VR udates that I didn't notice. I'm using FakeVive 1.2.

Would really appreciate any help as I loved using Earth VR.

Just ran it on my CV1. Works fine here, including Touch. I launch from Steam and not Steam VR. Don't know if that makes a diff, but I find if I launch SVR first there is no "Play" button available. Otherwise, works great so they haven't nerfed Fakevive.

Hmm, I have my HMD & Sensor on motherboard UBSB2.0 with 1 other I could add a 2nd Sensor. Would this still operate?

I also do have another 2 front USB but suspect these are lower speed perhaps. I already tried a 4x USB PCI card but Oculus Setup could not find this. If I were to buy another replacement card then it's a toss between doing away with my PCIe X-Fi card and getting a PCIe USB3.0 card and use the motherboard onboard sound OR get a PCI USB3.0 card (think I will take the plunge here) and replace what I have... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/StarTech-...648484?hash=item2a2dd65864:g:TB0AAOSwQItUIxj1 only it is 1.3 Gbps per plug bus limit.

I wonder is this still the case with latest Oculus Runtime?

"I found that the only combination that works well for the two sensors is 1XUSB 2 + 1XUSB 3, does not matter which USB 3 port (on the motherboard or on the inateck card) is used.
So I suspect the issue is not with the inateck card, but rather with the oculus software/hardware."

There's a known issue with USB ports powering themselves down unexpectedly. You could try installing a thing called the "Oculus Tray Tool". It has options to prevent this as wel as to fix known problems with the Inateck card drivers.
