Got a ban from a report without reasons

I use plugins like SrvSurvey, EDMC, EDEngineer and others that improve the QOL of Elite and are approved by Frontier, they say that I manipulated the client but it doesn't seem to me that this plugins manipulate the client but they banned me for 7 days.
I was building my first station in my first system and I only play in Solo and Private Group with friends, so how the hell I got reported and where since i never play open play???

maybe by using a combination of plugins is causing the servers flag up suspicious activity
i doubt anyone here can give you any insight into what your doing wrong without a complete break down of what you did min by min.................................

Posting here is probably the least useful action you could take in that case.
For one thing, as per forum rules, we're not allowed on here to discuss moderation actions - that could lead in addition to a forum ban.
For another, FD doesn't usually read these forums - if you want to appeal a ban, there's a procedure linked in the forum rules (link at the bottom of each forum page) which weill lead you to the corresponding support page:

Bad part is that support is currently under high load (as seen by the banner on that support page).
