Powerplay got counter intelligence from HQ into inventory, now what?

I pledged allegiance to someone, it said to go to one of their control systems when I went in to 'contacts'

I went to his (Yuri Grom) HQ system and collected 10 or so Counter Intelligence items.

what now? I watched some videos but they were all about taking TO the home system, I couldn't see where I would find out where to go.

Where do I go in power or galaxy maps to see where they would go, where do I take them to offload them?

(kind of repeat post but I didn't explain well and it was in a quiet sub forum - sorry Admin!)

Unload at the stations that are CONTROLLED.

Go to CONTROL tab of your Power, scroll down, skip the systems that are "Under threat" or "Fortifying", you don't need them. You'll see controlled systems at the bottom of the list. Go there.
