Good for you. It's nice to see someone go "Yep, I made a mistake and I'll make the best of it" instead of the usual "Waaaa, Frontier you suck even though I was the one who were dumb".
I too reset my game once and I agree, it allows you to re-experience the game all over again. I'd recommend it to everyone, especially those who go "I would never clear my save", you should. You don't forget what you already know, you get to experience it from a newbies point of view, and if you've been playing since the launch in Dec 2014, the game has changed a lot since then and it's not so easy now.
I'm going to make a pledge right here and now ... the day walking around is released, and not in beta testing anymore, I will reset my save and start all over again.

I did the same thing yesterday, but I wasn't drunk, clear saved on purpose lol!
You're right Sir, it's awesome to start fresh and set yourself goals again! I did the same as you, followed cops in res sites and picked the last bits of meat off the bones like some maingy old scavenger!
Brought a Viper and almost fully A specced it, and a few million already.
Great fun!
